Wow that’s amazing, I thought it was fake after seeing them draw on the paper. That alone is ingenious.

Everything makes perfect sense now! This has definitely been a very worthwhile, uplifting, and educational retreat. Thank you Dr. Morris! :)
Praise God
Genesis
Sometimes life isn’t fair, but that’s why its called life. we can’t help what we do, we’re all human and at times, things will be unfair. but what can you do? we can just hope for the best and pray that things will get better—that your life plans will turn out better than you hoped, that your dreams will come true, that you find that one person that makes everything better, and that that one person who can’t seem to understand what’s going inside your head will be able to one day. it’s funny sometimes. the way that people think. truth is, everyone’s selfish. we don’t like to admit it, but we are. each and everyone one of us is selfish and it’s no use denying it. you want them to understand your way and they want you to understand their way. but either way you look at it, you can’t seem to come to terms with the problem. and why is that? cause we’re selfish. we don’t like to admit to ourselves that we were wrong in the past and we hate it when the finger is pointed at us. but it should be. you have only yourself to blame for your grievances and it’s no ones fault but your own. you can’t blame someone for your unhappiness and it’s selfish to think that you can. but no matter what has befallen you, the answer is always forgiveness. when life gets rough, we can’t blame others, we can’t point the finger at someone when we know we should be pointing it at ourselves. we can only forgive ourselves and forgive those who have done us wrong. if Jesus could forgive us for all of our sins of the past, present, AND future, why can’t we?
“And whenever you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive him, that your Father in heaven may also forgive you your trespasses.”

You can’t blame me for everything that’s happened to you. You can’t tear me down and curse at me because you don’t like the way you feel. You are your own worst enemy. Way back when, you knew what was coming and what was ahead of you and so you made your choice and I made mine. You can’t turn back now and it’s not fair for you to take out your anger on me. I’ve tried for so long to make things better, to mend what was broken, but you pushed me away. You didn’t put in any effort, so why should I? I miss talking to you and I hate what we’ve become, but I can’t change the way you see me now. If you really can’t see who I am and move beyond our past then you weren’t who I though you were. What’s the point when you don’t care.

Someone once told me, “It’s the little imperfections that make you perfect.”
